No Redistribution
KIWI APP may not be redistributed or resold to other companies or third parties. Modifying KIWI APP source code is prohibited. Redistributing or reselling
the KIWI APP source code is prohibited.
Ownership
KIWI APP is licensed, not sold. This License Agreement gives Licensee limited rights to use KIWI APP. All rights, title and interest, including all copyrights,
in and to KIWI APP and any copies Licensee is permitted to make herin are exclusively owned by KIWI and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade
secret law and international treaties. KIWI retains all rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this License agreement.
Termination
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. KIWI may terminate this License Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
In such event, Licensee must destroy all copies of KIWI APP and all of its component parts. KIWI retains the right to audit Licensee usage of KIWI APP.
Right to Refuse Service
We are friendly, professional people, and expect you to be the same. Please always be kind and courteous to any of our staff and members of the community. We will not
tolerate abusive or offensive behavior of any kind. We reserve the right to stop providing service to you and terminate your License agreement at any time, for any reason.
In short, we will not sell or give away any personal information that you provide, including your email. We'll only use it for internal purposes. We place cookies on your browser to understand how you’re using KIWI APP, to help us provide a more optimized user experience. If you don't want these cookies on your machine, we advise you to disable them in your web browser settings.
